U.S. Postal Service says it will pause regular mail delivery for national day of mourning

Wednesday is a National Day of Mourning for President George H.W. Bush, and the U.S. Postal Service says it will pause regular mail delivery.

President Trump closed government offices today, and most federal employees will be excused from work, according to the Office of Personnel Management. The agency’s guidance does not specify which employees are to be kept on the job, leaving that up to individual agencies.

President Bush was 94 at his tome of death.
